Erie Home in Bloomington, MN is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join a fast-growing team providing residential roofing solutions. You’ll receive pre-qualified leads, paid training, and control over your income with uncapped commissions and weekly pay.

Our proven process includes attending pre-set appointments, using advanced measurement software, and closing deals that meet homeowners’ needs. A clear path to management is available through ongoing development.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience required – we provide full training.
• Midday, evening, and weekend availability.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to attend in-home appointments.
• Ability to safely ascend/descend ladders as per safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Use software for precise measurements and documenting findings.
• Assess damage and negotiate to close deals that meet homeowner needs.
• Travel to in-home appointments as required.
