Erie Home is hiring Sales Representatives to safeguard homes with expert roofing solutions. Enjoy uncapped commissions, weekly pay averaging about $2,500 per sale, and a strong pathway to management with internal promotions. Our sales team closes deals on pre-set appointments, with rapid career advancement and nationwide opportunities—no prior sales or construction experience required.

Qualifications

• No sales or construction experience needed – we provide full training!
• Midday, evening, & weekend availability
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with auto insurance, and the ability to travel to and from in-home appointments.
• Must be able to safely ascend, descend, and work from ladders per safety procedures (max 375 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Start your day with a team meeting to strategize & prepare.
• Attend pre-confirmed appointments starting between 1 pm and 7:30 pm.
• Use innovative software for precise measurements.
• Assess damage through ladder or attic inspections – no need to get on the roof!
• Negotiate & close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.
