Job summary

Just in Time Roofing and Restoration is seeking an experienced Sales Representative to grow our Triad region presence by meeting homeowners and businesses, assessing roofing needs, and delivering honest recommendations with professional guidance.

You will follow up leads, prepare estimates, and close projects while coordinating with project managers and staff to ensure smooth handoffs. A fast-paced, growth-minded environment supports long-term opportunity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of exterior trades sales experience (roofing, gutters, siding, windows, etc.).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners and businesses to assess roofing repair and replacement needs.
• Build trust with customers by providing honest recommendations and professional guidance.
• Follow up on company-generated leads, create estimates, and close projects.
• Coordinate with project managers and office staff to ensure smooth project handoff.
• Represent JIT Roofing & Restoration professionally in the field.
