Job summary

Bumble Roofing of Charlotte is seeking a Roofing Sales Representative to build trust with homeowners, conduct roof inspections, and offer solutions for roof replacements. The role focuses on growth through direct outreach, networking with real estate and insurance professionals, and on-site homeowner interactions.

It is a full-time, in-person position in Charlotte, NC with uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and a company vehicle after goals are met. Training provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience required: 1 year minimum.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Location is Charlotte, NC; commuting to work is expected.
• Full-time role with commission-based pay.

Responsibilities

• Build trust and relationships to generate roof inspections and close sales.
• Run company-provided appointments to close deals.
• Engage realtors, insurance agents, HOA’s and other local professionals to expand leads.
• Door-to-door canvassing in pre-qualified neighborhoods to generate business.
• Explain roof conditions and next steps to homeowners.
