You will conduct inspections, present solutions for insurance claims, and educate homeowners while thriving in a fast-paced, autonomous setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in door-to-door sales or SDR/BDR roles.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Interest in leadership and ongoing development.

Responsibilities

• Identify leads and generate new prospects (in-office & door-to-door).
• Knock on doors and offer free roof inspections.
• Own the full sales cycle—from inspection to closing.
• Conduct roof inspections and represent clients at insurance adjuster meetings.
• Educate homeowners about services and insurance claims process.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Document all sales activities in mobile tools and CRM.
