You will deliver a consultative customer experience from first contact to close, with a proven path from entry-level to six-figure earnings and leadership opportunities, backed by training and ongoing mentorship.

Qualifications

• Competitive and coachable with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Background in sales, construction, retail, or customer service is a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods.
• Inspect roofs for storm damage.
