Job summary

Results Roofing is seeking motivated team members to talk with homeowners about storm damage, set up roof inspections, and guide customers through the insurance process. This is an in-person role based in Garland, TX with flexible scheduling and coaching from an in-house media team.

You’ll close deals through excellent communication, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Compensation includes performance-based pay ranging from $60,000 to $250,000+ with bonus opportunities; prior construction
