Bone Dry Roofing is seeking a driven Sales Representative for a field-based role in the Fort Wayne area. You will meet homeowners, perform roof inspections, and present tailored solutions built on trust and exceptional customer service.

You’ll be introduced to our Industry Leading Sales System with provided leads, training pay, and a commission-based earnings structure with a potential range of $50,000–$80,000. Company truck and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Ability to climb ladders and work at heights.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment.
