SmartRoof is hiring for a field-based roofing sales role in the Montgomery County area. You will meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs for damage, and guide them through the insurance restoration process to help save on full roof replacements.

Year 1 earnings range from $70,000 to $100,000+, with potential to reach $200,000+ in Year 2 through base pay, bonuses, and uncapped commissions. Training and mentorship are provided to grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Field-based roofing sales role requiring willingness to work outdoors on rooftops in all seasons.
• Ability to guide homeowners through insurance claims and restoration processes.
• Comfortable in a high-activity sales environment with coaching and mentorship.
