Job summary

Shamrock Roofing & Construction in Springfield, MO is seeking a Roofing Sales Project Manager (1099 Independent Contractor) who will blend outside sales with hands-on project management. You will generate your own business through canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach, then manage each project from initial inspection through final payment.

This on-site role requires local knowledge, a valid driver's license, and comfort with door-to-door sales.

Qualifications

• Must reside within 30 miles of Springfield, MO.
• Must be comfortable with door-to-door sales.
• Must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license.
• Self-motivated, coachable, disciplined and goal-oriented.
• Reliable transportation and access to a cell phone.

Responsibilities
