Quality Solar and Roofing is expanding its roofing division in the Chicagoland suburbs and seeks an experienced Roofing Sales Manager to own an existing pipeline of residential roofing opportunities. You will step into 20+ warm, prequalified opportunities each month generated through our established solar business and guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process when applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential roofing sales.
• Strong experience with storm restoration and insurance roofing claims.
• Ability to perform residential roof inspections and identify potential storm damage.
• Experience working directly with homeowners and insurance adjusters.
• Working knowledge of insurance scopes, supplements, and supporting documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to close and consistently follow up on warm roofing leads.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline independently from initial contact through signed contract.

Responsabilités

• Manage 20+ company-generated roofing opportunities per month.
• Contact homeowners to schedule consultations and roof inspections.
• Perform residential roof inspections throughout Chicagoland suburbs.
• Identify storm damage and determine insurance claim suitability.
• Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance restoration options.
• Close roofing contracts and maintain follow-up through project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal teams to move approved projects into production.
• Recruit, train, and eventually manage additional roofing sales representatives as growth requires.
