Champion Window - Roofing Sales Manager

Champion Home Exteriors continues to grow! We are seeking a highly qualified Roofing Sales Manager to help drive our growth.

As a Roofing Sales Manager for Champion, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $140,000 per year (base plus bonuses) while helping others improve their homes and lives.

The Roofing Sales Manager leads a team of Roofing Sales Representatives, driving revenue through new client acquisition and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role manages the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring roofing solutions meet customer needs.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage sales appointments for Roofing Sales Representatives and conduct personal appointments with homeowners.
  2. Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet performance goals.
  3. Conduct regular training to ensure consistent sales presentations and adherence to standards.
  4. Travel to client homes to present roofing options and secure sales.
  5. Assess roofing needs accurately and ensure technical details are captured.
  6. Complete and review contracts, collect deposits, and assist with financing paperwork.
  7. Submit contracts promptly for management review.
  8. Generate new leads through outreach, referrals, and marketing.
  9. Follow up with clients and coordinate with installation teams to ensure satisfaction.
  10. Perform site visits during or after installation for quality control.
  11. Represent the company at trade shows and local events; work in the showroom as scheduled.
  12. Attend sales training, team meetings, and seminars.
  13. Maintain a professional appearance and serve as a brand ambassador.
  14. Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in roofing or home improvement.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to read blueprints and use measurement tools.
  • Customer service orientation.
  • Problem-solving skills and multitasking ability.
  • Reliable attendance.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of sales management experience.
  • Experience in direct sales and team leadership preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to travel within the region and conduct ride-alongs.
  • Operate office equipment and communicate extensively.
  • Sit for extended periods and visit customer sites.
