Elliott Roofing is hiring a Residential Sales Estimator for our Oklahoma City team. The role focuses on inspecting homes, meeting customers, preparing estimates, and assisting with insurance-related projects from first contact to signed agreements.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to inspect roofs and perform exterior property evaluations.
• Clear, accurate customer communications; documentation in CRM.
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM or estimating software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through existing customers, referrals and networking.
• Conduct thorough roof inspections and exterior property evaluations.
• Create detailed sketches, measurements, calculations, and job documentation.
• Prepare accurate estimates and present clear recommendations to homeowners.
• Assist homeowners with insurance claim-related projects and understand basic restoration processes.
• Communicate professionally with customers via phone, text, email, and in person.
• Maintain notes and project documentation in the CRM and company records.
• Follow up with leads, estimates, customers, and internal teams.
• Attend sales meetings and company events as required.
• Represent Elliott Roofing at community events and PR opportunities.
