As a Sales Professional at iDeal Roofing, you will step into a solution-based role designed to educate homeowners, build deep confidence, and close deals.

We provide the premium platform; you provide the drive to take your sales career to the absolute next level.

Pay range and compensation package

Typical Earnings: $90,000 - $200,000+ annually (commission-based). Top performers regularly exceed $200K+.

What You’ll Do:

• Run Warm Leads: Execute pre-qualified, high-intent roofing appointments. We do the heavy lifting to get you in front of interested homeowners— no cold door-knocking required.
• Close with Confidence: Educate customers using a solution-based, consultative approach. You will handle objections with ease and follow a proven, high-conversion sales process to secure same-day commitments.
• Maximize Your Momentum: Drive referrals and leverage your wins. On installation days, you will strategically knock the immediate neighborhood surrounding your closed jobs to build local authority and generate your own high-multiplier referral pipeline.
• Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with an actively supportive team and a highly collaborative leadership group. You won't be left on an island—our sales leaders are in the trenches with you, regularly sharpening your skills, refining your process, and ensuring the whole team wins together.
• Deliver an Elite Experience: Act as the face of iDeal Roofing, building trust and maintaining the premium standards that our Master Elite certification demands.
