Position Overview

Quick Roofing is looking for a high‑performing Roofing Sales Consultant to join our McKinney, TX team as storm season drives peak demand. In this role, you’ll generate leads through door‑to‑door canvassing in targeted, storm‑affected neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self‑starter who thrives in a performance‑based environment with strong earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through door‑to‑door canvassing (required)
• Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
• Conduct roof inspections and assess storm‑related or general damage
• Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
• Prepare and present estimates and proposals
• Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
• Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals

Qualifications

• Comfortable with door‑to‑door canvassing as a daily requirement
• Sales experience preferred; roofing or construction experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
• Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders

• Available to work evenings and weekends as needed
