CentiMark Corporation in Indianapolis is seeking a Branch Safety Inspector to lead safety initiatives for our Spec Division. The role focuses on safety compliance, site-specific plans, and partnering with General Contractors to maintain a safety-first environment on roofing projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction or safety management, strong OSHA knowledge, and a 30-Hour OSHA certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction or safety management.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and roofing safety practices.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; training provided if needed.
• Valid state driver’s license; willingness to travel and work overtime.
• Excellent investigative, written, and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Safety Planning & Oversight: Write and implement site-specific safety plans for Spec Division projects.
• Partner Engagement: Work with General Contractors to enforce safety policies on new construction projects.
• Field Inspections: Conduct rooftop safety inspections to verify compliance and identify hazards.
• Mentorship & Training: Participate in our training program and mentor field staff.
• Communication: Coordinate with CentiMark and Customer Safety Teams to address safety concerns.
