CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in commercial and industrial roofing, is seeking a Branch Safety Inspector in Cleveland for the Spec Division to lead safety initiatives on our projects.

You will write site plans, inspect rooftops, work with General Contractors, and mentor teammates in a safety-first culture. The role requires OSHA 30, 5+ years, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel and work overtime. Starting pay is $25/hour, based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction or safety management experience.
• Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and roofing/construction safety procedures.
• 30-Hour OSHA certification required (training provided for qualified candidates).
• Excellent investigative, written, and verbal communication skills; able to resolve complex safety issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license and be willing to travel and work overtime.

Responsabilités

• Safety Planning & Oversight: Write and implement site-specific safety plans for Spec Division projects.
• Partner Engagement: Work directly with General Contractors to ensure all safety policies and procedures are adhered to on new construction projects.
• Field Inspections: Conduct rooftop safety inspections on Spec Division projects to check for compliance and hazards.
• Mentorship & Training: Participate in our training program, moving from classroom onboarding to field mentorship.
• Communication: Coordinate with CentiMark and the Customer’s Safety Team to address safety concerns and provide updates.
