Job summary

CentiMark Corporation, the national leader in commercial/industrial roofing, seeks a full-time Quality Control Coordinator to support sale reps in the Bloomington, MN area. The role oversees daily production, monitors safety and installation quality, and ensures clear customer communication with management.

Requirements include roofing experience, knowledge of procedures and safety, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends if needed; Spanish bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in general roofing.
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus; prior roofing and sales experience preferred.
• A valid driver’s license (in good standing).
• Positive work history and ability to work within a team.
• Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays if needed.
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of roofing projects.
• Monitor safety and quality of installations.
• Maintain daily customer communication and report to field supervisor and management.
• Handle paperwork, time sheets and ensure safety policies are followed.
• Coordinate with team to install a quality CentiMark roof safely and on schedule.
