Shamrock Roofing & Construction is seeking a Roofing Project Manager for an outside sales role in Springfield, MO. This on-site position offers a 1099 commission-based compensation structure with an average earnings range of $70,000–$150,000+, and opportunities for top performers to exceed $200,000.

Local candidates within ~30 miles are preferred. The role includes lead generation, contract writing, project management from start to finish, and a supportive training program to develop leadership

Qualifications

• Must reside within ~30 miles of Springfield, MO.
• On-site, community-based role with local Springfield knowledge preferred.
• Sales or project management experience in roofing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through canvassing and referrals, or storm outreach in the Springfield area.
• Inspect roofs, gutters, siding, and educate homeowners.
• Write and close roofing contracts and collect payments.
• Manage the roofing project from start to finish.

Pay: $70,000 - $150,000+ Per year average. Top Performers making $200,000+

Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities

What We Do

• Must be coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated
• Reliable Transportation. You will need to carry a ladder with you. Company trucks may be available for general use during business hours to check out. You must be 21 years or older with a completed Motor Vehicle Record check and on file.

• Enjoy working in, or wanting to work in Outside D2D sales
• Able to climb a ladder and lift 50lbs.
• Able to walk on a roof, and not afraid of heights
• Strong communication skills, driven and goal-oriented.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once
• Must currently live within ~30 miles of Springfield (local candidates recommended)***
