Job summary

Tecta America Colorado is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own the execution of multiple roofing projects in the Denver area. You will drive projects forward, manage stakeholders, and provide structured leadership in a prime-contractor environment.

This role requires strong communication, the ability to handle diverse project scopes, and a proactive approach to scheduling, cost tracking, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience in construction project management.
• Roofing experience highly preferred but not required.
• Strong understanding of contracts, schedules, submittals, and cost management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites regionally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project management activities from contract handoff through closeout.
• Coordinate with estimators, field leadership, superintendents, and subcontractors to align on scope, schedule, and expectations.
• Lead client communication, resolving issues and maintaining professional relationships.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Maintain schedules, submittal logs, procurement tracking, and change order documentation.
• Review scopes, drawings, specs, and contract requirements.
• Support field teams with timely decisions and issue escalation.
• Drive documentation: RFIs, change events, meeting minutes, cost tracking, safety documentation, punch lists, warranty closeout.
• Monitor project financials including budgets, billing, cost-to-complete, and forecasting.
• Participate in handoffs with estimators and maintain clear communication.
