Erie Home seeks a Project Coordinator in Troy, MI to oversee residential roofing projects from planning through execution. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage material orders, and ensure flawless customer service while reporting to the project leadership.

Qualifications

Proven leadership in installation or project management.
Hands-on residential roofing experience is required.
Experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
Valid driver's license with a clean record; OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred.
Willingness to become forklift certified and lift up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of residential roofing projects—from planning to implementation.
Ensure a smooth customer experience by managing communication and expectations.
