Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of roofing materials and tools for daily job site activities.
• Support the roofing crew in installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of roofing systems under supervision.
• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment on the job site.
• Help with loading, unloading, and organizing materials and equipment to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform basic site cleanup and debris removal to maintain an orderly and hazard-free work area.
• Observe and learn from experienced roofers to develop technical skills and understand project specifications.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to report progress and any issues encountered.
