CentiMark Corporation is seeking a Roofing Field Supervisor for the greater Des Moines area. This role oversees multiple crews, coordinates materials, and ensures safe, on-schedule project execution.

The position requires 2+ years in roofing project supervision, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints. Benefits include health plans, 401K, ESOP, and a company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in Project Management or Field Supervision in the commercial roofing field.
• Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing assemblies and leak detection is highly preferred
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite & email
• Excellent communication, time management, interpersonal & organizational skills
• The ability to interpret blueprints is a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs. & climb up & down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• Valid Driver’s License & reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends and/or holidays, out of town travel and overtime - as needed

Job Summary:

Supervise multiple production/service roofing crews to plan and execute a successful project. Will work closely with the Service Director & Warehouse Manager to order project materials. Responsible for setting up and maintaining a safe job site, conducting pre-job & post-job inspections and maintaining paperwork. Will have daily communication with both the customer and employees.
