FARHA ROOFING KC, LLC is seeking a motivated Roofing Production & Service Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO.

This hands-on role supports commercial roofing production, repairs and service work, coordinating crews and ensuring safety and quality on site. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in commercial roofing or construction, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage projects from investigation through completion.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing or construction experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and asphalt preferred.
• Experience diagnosing or investigating roof leaks and performing repairs is a strong plus.
• Experience coordinating crews or subcontractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing subcontractors and serve as a primary point of contact for crews in the field.
• Oversee job flow and project schedules to ensure safety, on-time completion, and budget adherence.
• Assist with repairs, service calls, and leak investigations.
• Investigate leaks, identify causes, and communicate recommended solutions.
• Coordinate and run repair and service work from investigation through completion.
• Assist Project Managers with corrections, change orders, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and rentals as needed.
• Deliver materials and inspect completed work for quality and compliance.
• Ensure work complies with codes and manufacturer specs.
• Process invoices and assist with project administrative tasks.
• Communicate with subcontractors, customers, vendors, and PMs.
• Attend bi-weekly goal-setting and review meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and develop better processes.
• Maintain safety and professionalism on every site.

About FARHA ROOFING

FARHA ROOFING is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Production & Service Assistant to join our team immediately. This is a hands‑on position supporting commercial roofing production, repairs, and service work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roofing, construction, or a related field and will be comfortable working in the field, coordinating subcontractors, troubleshooting roofing issues, and helping ensure projects and service calls are completed safely, efficiently, and to FARHA ROOFING’s standards.

A strong understanding of commercial roofing systems—including Metal, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Asphalt—is preferred. We are looking for someone who is dependable, self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect completed work to help ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable state and local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Process invoices and assist with other project‑related administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, customers, vendors, and Project Managers.
• Attend bi‑weekly goal‑setting and review meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and help develop and implement better processes.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and professionalism on every job site.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of commercial roofing or construction experience preferred.
• Hands‑on experience with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and asphalt preferred.
• Experience diagnosing or investigating commercial roof leaks and performing repairs is a strong plus.
• Experience coordinating roofing crews or subcontractors preferred.
• Construction background required; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computer and internet skills and ability to effectively use a smartphone.
• Ability to read and understand project information, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and safely climb and work on roofs.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and solve problems in the field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check.
• Personally driven, dependable, and self‑motivated.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and excellent customer service.
