FARHA ROOFING KC, LLC is seeking a motivated Roofing Production & Service Assistant to join our team in St. Louis. The role focuses on supporting commercial roofing production, repairs, and service work in the field.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roofing or construction, be comfortable coordinating crews, and ensure projects meet safety and quality standards. Competitive pay and a full-time schedule are offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial roofing or construction experience required.
• Experience with commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, asphalt) preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and work on roofs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing subcontractors and serve as primary contact for crews.
• Oversee job flow and schedules to ensure safety, timeliness, and budgets.
• Assist with repairs, service calls, and leak investigations.
• Investigate leaks and communicate recommended solutions.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and rentals.
• Assist Project Managers with change orders and troubleshooting.
• Deliver materials to job sites and inspect completed work.
• Ensure compliance with codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Process invoices and support project administration.
• Communicate with subcontractors, customers, vendors, and PMs.

About FARHA ROOFING

FARHA ROOFING is seeking a motivated and experienced Roofing Production & Service Assistant to join our team immediately. This is a hands-on position supporting commercial roofing production, repairs, and service work.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial roofing, construction, or a related field and will be comfortable working in the field, coordinating subcontractors, troubleshooting roofing issues, and helping ensure projects and service calls are completed safely, efficiently, and to FARHA ROOFING’s standards.

A strong understanding of commercial roofing systems—including Metal, TPO, EPDM, PVC, and Asphalt is preferred. We are looking for someone who is dependable, self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while also being part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Manage roofing subcontractors and serve as a primary point of contact for crews in the field.
• Oversee job flow and project schedules to help ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Assist with commercial roofing repairs, service calls, and leak investigations.
• Investigate reported roof leaks and other commercial roofing issues, identify potential causes, and communicate recommended solutions.
• Help coordinate and run commercial repair and service work from initial investigation through completion.
• Assist Project Managers with project corrections, change orders, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate project labor, materials, equipment, and rentals as needed.
• Deliver roofing materials, equipment, and supplies to job sites as required.
• Inspect completed work to help ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with applicable state and local codes and manufacturer specifications.
• Process invoices and assist with other project-related administrative responsibilities.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, customers, vendors, and Project Managers.
• Attend bi-weekly goal-setting and review meetings.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and help develop and implement better processes.
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and professionalism on every job site.

Qualifications & Skills

• 2+ years of commercial roofing or construction experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, metal, and asphalt preferred.
• Experience diagnosing or investigating commercial roof leaks and performing repairs is a strong plus.
• Experience coordinating roofing crews or subcontractors preferred.Construction background required; commercial roofing experience strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Basic computer and internet skills and ability to effectively use a smartphone.
• Ability to read and understand project information, manufacturer specifications, and applicable codes.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds and safely climb and work on roofs.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and solve problems in the field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Must pass a background check.
• Personally driven, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and excellent customer service.
