Job summary

Farha Roofing, LLC is seeking a motivated Residential Assistant Superintendent to support our residential production team in Kansas City, MO. You will assist in managing roofing projects from start to finish and coordinate crews, materials, and schedules to ensure work is efficient and within budget.

Ideal candidates have roofing or construction experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and comfort using job-site software.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Residential roofing experience preferred or strong roofing/construction background.
• Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Residential Superintendent in managing residential roofing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and job schedules for efficiency.
• Perform site inspections to verify quality, safety, and compliance with standards.
• Communicate with homeowners, Project Managers, crews, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor job progress and report updates.
• Assist with resolving job site issues and customer concerns promptly.
• Verify materials are delivered on schedule and correctly.
• Ensure jobsites stay clean, organized, and safe.
• Complete job documentation, photos, and production reports using company software.
• Participate in production, scheduling, and safety meetings.
• Support continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Assist the Residential Superintendent in managing residential roofing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate crews, materials, equipment, and job schedules to ensure projects run efficiently.

• Verify materials are delivered accurately and on schedule.
• Ensure jobsites remain clean, organized, and safe.

• Support continuous improvement in quality, efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required).
• Previous roofing or construction experience required; residential roofing experience preferred.
• Leadership or crew supervision experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read work orders, scopes of work, and manufacturer installation specifications.
• Comfortable climbing ladders and working at heights.
• Ability to lift up to 80 pounds as needed.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using smartphones, apps, and basic computer software.
• Must pass a drug screen and background check.
