Job summary

CentiMark Corporation in Bloomington, MN is seeking an experienced Roofing Production Foreman to lead a crew and ensure safe, high-quality roofing installations. The role involves supervising 5–6 workers, coordinating field applications, and maintaining clear communication with customers and management.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in roofing, knowledge of commercial/industrial procedures and safety, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of general roofing experience.
• Knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety.
• Experience with Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO is a plus.
• A valid state driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) also a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary:

• Supervising and training a crew of 5 to 6 people
• Ensure that the crew is operating to optimize safety, service &quality measures
• Lead and train crew with field applications, work with field supervisor and communicate with customers and management
• Responsible for paperwork, timesheets
• Able to work with team and install a quality CentiMark roof with hours provided in a safe and orderly manner

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) or more years’ experience in general roofing
• Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
• Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
• A valid state driver’s license (in good standing) and reliable transportation
• Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
• 18 years of age or older
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) also a plus
