Lula is seeking a 1099 Roofing Pro to assist with property maintenance for several thousand rental properties across the Chattanooga area. Ideal candidates have experience in the rental property industry and a proactive attitude. You set your own hourly rate and will be paid promptly for labor and parts.

Strong reliability and professional conduct are required. To join Lula, you must complete vendor onboarding and have General Liability Insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must have General Liability Insurance.
• No felonies within the past 7 years.
• Be friendly, respectful, and punctual.
• Must provide your own tools and materials.
• Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved.

Responsibilities
