Job summary

Roof Systems of Maine, A Tecta America Company, is seeking a full-time Project Manager for our Bangor, ME shop. The Project Manager will be responsible for estimating, scheduling, and managing roofing projects from start to finish, ensuring work is performed timely and cost-effectively.

The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in the roofing or construction industry, a strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, and the base salary starts at $60,000, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of roofing or construction industry experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Understand the contract to ensure the company’s responsibilities.
• Generate estimates and submit proposals to customers.
• Monitor job costs against original estimates and budgets.
