Qualifications

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a commission based sales environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to showcase all products/services in a compelling way.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM usage.
• Physical endurance for on-the-go field duties.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned territory and meet with potential and current customers.
• Negotiate sales contracts and close deals for roofing products and services.
• Provide hands-on explanations of any new or updated roofing products.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Canvass potential customers daily.
• Receive inbound leads and preset appointments.
