Centex Roofing is seeking a motivated, hands‑on Roofing Market Manager to support and oversee our growing Austin/San Antonio market. This is a field‑forward leadership role designed for someone who wants to learn our systems, develop management skills. The Market Manager will work closely with the Director to oversee multiple roofing technicians, manage daily operations, and ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction. This role requires time both in the office and in the field—supervising repairs and completing repairs, assisting with hands‑on training, and learning how to run a profitable multi‑family roofing operation from the ground up.

Work location: Austin/San Antonio

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support multiple roofing technicians across the Austin/San Antonio market
• Supervise roofing repairs in the field to ensure quality, safety, and efficiency
• Perform roofing repairs as needed alongside technicians

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

This role combines field and office work. The Roofing Service Manager must lift materials, climb multiple stories, and work outdoors in varied weather. They must follow proper safety practices and wear PPE to minimize hazards. The position requires managing stressful situations, occasional long or weekend hours, frequent travel by car, and regular use of a personal cell phone.
