Lavoro USA is seeking dependable individuals to join our roofing crew as a helper. You will assist experienced roofers with material handling, equipment setup, and site cleanup, while following safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.

This role emphasizes hands-on learning in a fast-paced construction environment, requiring physical fitness, reliability, and a teamwork mindset. Prior roofing experience is a plus, but willingness to learn matters most.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit and able to perform demanding tasks.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Knowledge of basic safety practices in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist roofing crew with material handling, setup, and cleanup.
• Load/unload roofing materials and equipment using proper lifting techniques.
• Prepare work areas, remove debris, and ensure safe access.
• Operate hand and power tools per safety guidelines and supervisor instructions.
• Follow PPE and fall protection requirements on site.
• Collaborate with team to complete roofing projects efficiently.
• Support quality inspections to meet industry standards and client expectations.
• Maintain a tidy work area and dispose of debris and waste.
