Erie Home is seeking an Installation Manager to lead on-site installation teams, coordinate scheduling, and ensure projects meet quality and budget standards. You’ll guide subcontractors, manage materials and labor, and keep homeowners informed throughout the process.

The role requires leadership in installation or construction, a valid license, OSHA training, and 2+ years supervising crews. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits accompany a strong pay structure.

Qualifikationen

2+ years of experience supervising on-site construction personnel.
Home improvement installation experience (roofing a plus).
OSHA 10 or 30 certification (or strong safety mindset).
Valid driver’s license with clean record.
