Cable’s Roofing in Tyler, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Roofing Inspector to evaluate residential and commercial properties using in-person assessments and drone technology. You will gather information, diagnose roof issues, and help define solutions while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Roofing experience preferred (technical or estimating background).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable climbing roofs and/or operating drone equipment.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and mobile inspection tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections using ladder or drone technology.
• Identify and document roof issues (storm damage, wear, leaks, etc.).
• Take detailed photos, measurements, and notes for scope development.
• Interpret insurance claims, scopes of work, and estimate needs (preferred).
• Track and report daily KPIs (inspections, leads, follow-ups, etc.).
• Maintain clear communication with sales and production teams.

What You’ll Do:

Roof Inspections:

• Conduct inspections using ladder or drone technology
• Identify and document roof issues (storm damage, wear, leaks, etc.)

Reporting & Communication:

• Track and report daily KPIs (inspections, leads, follow-ups, etc.)

• Ensure a professional, customer-first approach in every interaction
