Qualifications

• Must be able to perform physically demanding roofing tasks.
• Must follow OSHA and company safety policies.
• Ability to communicate effectively with foreman, clients, and team.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair roofs, flashings, and surfaces.
• Remove old roofing materials (tear off).
• Sweep and clean roofs to prepare for new materials.
• Load/unload materials and set ladders/scaffolds.
• Lead and direct crew members on a daily basis.
• Quality control and training of others.
• Read shop drawings and blueprints.
