Job summary

Herzog Roofing is seeking a hands-on Foreman to lead daily on-site operations, ensure quality and safety, and keep projects on schedule and within scope.

You will mentor crew, coordinate materials, communicate with the project manager, and uphold company standards while fostering a professional, team-oriented environment.

• Set and track daily and weekly production goals.

• Make timely field decisions and elevate issues when necessary.
• Accurately document change orders, production notes, and project details as required.
• Items noted on past year-end evaluations: "Complete as you go-100%" & "Scorecard rating of A or B."
