Job summary

Chamberlin Roofing & Waterproofing in Houston, TX is seeking a Sr. Technician to manage construction sites within a designated division.

You will oversee field staff, safety programs, equipment, scheduling, and cost control while maintaining quality and productivity on assigned projects. The role requires strong reading of blueprints, OSHA 30 certification, and the ability to lead teams, communicate with supervisors and clients, and work outdoors in varying weather.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting in the scheduling, training and reviewing of field personnel
• Communicate with Superintendent, client and subcontractors
• Ensure warranty inspections and punch list items are completed and handle delegated customer issues on assigned projects
• Assist in performance management of the team
• Ensure all safety requirements are adhered to everyday/always (JHA, water, equipment, stretch and flex, PPE, etc.)
• Other responsibilities as assigned
