Job summary

Hale’s Roofing is seeking an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial crews across Sedona, Cottonwood, the Verde Valley, Prescott, Flagstaff and surrounding areas. You will oversee roofs with shingles, tile, TPO, coatings, and stucco, ensuring on‑time, quality work while upholding safety standards.

This full‑time leadership role rewards hands‑on leadership, accountability, and a strong production focus, with earning potential based on performance and project complexity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of roofing, stucco, or exterior construction experience.
• Foreman or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship and customer service.
• Ability to read scopes of work, instructions, and project documentation.
• Valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred; background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage roofing and exterior crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Oversee installation and repair of shingles, tile, TPO, coatings, and stucco systems.
• Review scopes of work, work orders, project plans, and installation instructions.
• Coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and jobsite needs.
• Train and mentor installers on installation techniques, safety procedures and quality expectations.
• Inspect work to meet company standards, manufacturer specs and building codes.
• Maintain jobsite safety and ensure crews follow safety requirements.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and project managers.
• Submit production updates, photos, reports, time records, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve field issues to protect schedules and quality.
• Keep projects on schedule and communicate delays or changes promptly.
• Ensure jobsites are clean, organized, and professional.
• Protect customers’ homes and landscaping throughout the project.
• Support a positive, accountable, team-oriented work environment.
• Perform physical roofing/exterior work as needed to support the crew.

Job Summary

Hale’s Roofing is hiring an experienced Roofing Foreman to lead residential and commercial crews throughout Northern Arizona. We are seeking hands‑on leaders with experience in one or more of the following trades:

• Asphalt shingles
• Tile roofing
• TPO roofing
• Roof coatings
• Stucco

This role is ideal for a productive, quality-focused foreman who takes ownership of each project, leads crews effectively, and maintains a safe, clean, and professional jobsite.

The Roofing Foreman will oversee daily field operations, coordinate installers and labor crews, ensure work meets Hale’s quality standards, and keep projects moving efficiently. This is a full‑time leadership position with strong earning potential for experienced foremen who consistently deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

• Protect customers’ homes, landscaping, and property throughout the project
• Support a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented work environment
• Perform physical roofing or exterior work when needed to support the crew and project

Requirements

• 3+ years of roofing, stucco, or related exterior construction experience required
• Foreman, superintendent, or crew leadership experience preferred
• Strong experience in at least one of the following trades: shingles, tile, TPO, roof coatings, or stucco
• Experience managing crews and maintaining production goals
• Ability to read and understand scopes of work, job instructions, and project documentation
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and customer service
• Valid driver’s license required
• Clean driving record preferred
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• English/Spanish bilingual preferred
• Ability to work full‑time and occasional weekends based on project needs
• Comfortable working outdoors in Northern Arizona weather conditions
• Ability to lift roofing materials, climb ladders, work at heights, and perform physical construction work as needed
• Willingness to travel between projects within Hale’s Northern Arizona service area

Pay

• Piece‑rate compensation based on completed production
• Strong earning potential for productive, quality-focused foremen
• Compensation will depend on experience, trade expertise, and production

Schedule

• Full‑time
• Occasional weekends based on production schedules, weather, and project needs

Work Location

Projects are located throughout Northern Arizona, including:

• Sedona
• Cottonwood and the Verde Valley
• Prescott
• Flagstaff
• Surrounding communities
