Conejo Services, LLC is seeking a Roofing Foreman in California to lead field crews and ensure safe, high-quality installations. You will supervise roofing projects, coach crew members, and uphold Conejo’s standards for workmanship and customer service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of roofing construction experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Submit quality control escalations to identify and document quality issues or concerns.
• Ensure all quality control issues are addressed promptly and corrective actions are completed in a timely manner.
• Inspect jobsites to ensure they are clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Maintain quality and safety standards on every jobsite.
• Monitor active roofing projects to ensure work progresses according to schedule and is completed on time.
• Assist with pre-installation job walks to confirm project scope and develop accurate material lists.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety procedures, and PPE usage.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with homeowners and clients.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, safety-focused, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. You should be comfortable inspecting roofing installations, coaching field personnel, identifying deficiencies, and ensuring every project meets Conejo Services' quality standards.
