Job summary

CentiMark Corporation is the nation's largest commercial and industrial roofing contractor, seeking an experienced Field Supervisor in Albany, NY. Direct involvement to ensure project schedules, supervise multiple roofing projects, read blueprints and specs, and communicate with general contractors for efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction/Roofing is required.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints and specs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership and project management abilities.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
• Computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Direct involvement to ensure the project schedule is adhered to.
• Supervise multiple roofing projects.
• Understand blueprints, job specifications, and building plan details.
• Communicate with general contractors and trades to ensure workflow.
• Responsible for setting up and maintaining safety on job sites.
• Plan and execute a successful project.
• Must be willing to travel.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
