Master Roofing Solutions in Southern California is seeking a highly experienced Field Superintendent to oversee production roofing operations from Los Angeles to the High Desert. You will run 15-20 commercial roofing projects and direct 15-20 crew members, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

The role requires a proven roofing background, ability to manage complex logistics across sites, and leadership to hire, evaluate, and guide teams.

• Serve as primary contact for teams and builders, addressing concerns and guidance.

We areseekinga highly experienced and headstrong Field Superintendent to manage production roofing operations across Southern California, from the greater Los Angeles area to the High Desert region. This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols.

The Field Superintendent will be the critical link between projects and management, handling a diverse range of responsibilities

Whatyou'll do:

• Oversee and manage 15-20 commercial roofing projects simultaneously, frominitialloading of materials to final completion.
• Directly manage crews of 15-20 employees, assigning responsibilities and jobs to ensureoptimalefficiency and quality.
• Maintain strict quality assurance standards, identifying potential issues proactively to prevent complications.
• Participate in the hiring and firing process, conducting performance evaluations in coordination with senior management.
• Serve as the primary contact for teams and builders, addressing concerns and providing guidance.
