Job summary

Honest Abe Roofing is seeking a Field Manager to work with partner roofing crews to ensure the customer experience meets expectations. You will know roofing installation basics, perform minor repairs, maintain vehicles and tools, and participate in daily meetings to uphold the company mission.

Responsibilities include site visits, site measurements, material ordering, and documenting progress with photos. This role requires strong communication and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Construction/ Roofing experience required.
• Strong communication skills with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge for orders and scheduling.
• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and assist installation.
• High school diploma or equivalent, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Visit, manage, and install on 1–2 job sites per day.
• Interact with homeowners and team members daily.
• Accurately measure a job and place material orders.
• Take photos before, during, and after installations.
• Maintain company vehicles and tools.
• Participate in regular morning meetings.
