Legacy Roofing in Clearfield, Utah is seeking a dependable Roofing Customer & Field Coordinator. This hands-on role blends customer service, project coordination, and field work, supporting homeowners throughout the roofing process from pre-construction to closeout.

The position requires in-office work in Clearfield with field visits to active residential projects, using an iPad and CRM for updates. Full-time W-2 role in Utah.

Qualifications

• Previous roofing experience is required.
• Ability to carry, set up, and safely use extension ladders.
• Ability to access and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Utah weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for homeowners after the sale through project completion.
• Communicate project updates, scheduling information, and next steps to customers.
• Coordinate needs and details with internal team and CRM updates.
• Assist with pre-construction appointments and field observations.
• Help close out projects and collect final amounts due from customers.
