RoofCrafters Roofing is seeking a motivated & energetic ROOFING ESTIMATOR SALES MANAGER to join our team.
The ideal candidate will obtain leads & convert them to clients through our four-step proven process. Responsibilities include performing roof inspections, estimates, providing multiple options via our Better, Best, Basic pricing strategy, building strong customer relationships through excellent communication, follow-up & follow-through, and leading a small sales team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform estimates for roof replacement with the goal of securing sales
- Build rapport & trust with clients
- Maintain relationships with professional partners for networking
- Ensure all missed calls/messages are returned promptly
- Convert leads into prospects using provided estimates
- Enter lead information into CRM accurately
- Research and source specialty items prior to estimates
- Present roofing options including color, style, and payment plans
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Notify management of customer issues or concerns
- Prepare and execute marketing campaigns
- Understand jurisdiction permit requirements
- Develop and follow a daily sales plan
- Grow market share and maximize territory performance
- Stay updated on roofing systems, trends, and market conditions
- Complete legal documents accurately and clearly
- Develop personal routines aligning with SOPs
- Lead weekly and scheduled meetings
- No door knocking required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of sales management experience in construction, industrial sales, or related fields
- Professional, skilled in networking & conversation
- Excellent customer service skills and a drive for customer satisfaction
- Strong verbal and written communication, with good math skills
- Proven negotiation skills and a persistent sales drive
- Accuracy and safety-consciousness
- Experience with sales tracking and analysis
- Competitive and committed to self-improvement
- Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs daily; work in confined spaces
- Proficient with CRM systems and managing jobs
- Intermediate computer skills
- Team-oriented with good interdepartmental collaboration
- Dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and positive attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Self-managed with minimal supervision

- Ability to lift 75 lbs, and perform physical activities required
