Job summary

DC Pines Roofing is seeking a Coordination Specialist to join our Houston team in a part-time, in-office role. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Ideal candidates are comfortable speaking with homeowners, organized, reliable, and able to work with scripts and higher pace growth goals. The position offers evenings and occasional Saturdays with a strong performance bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in home services appointment-setting call centers preferred.
• Minimum 1–2 years in a home services, home remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, siding, or similar appointment-setting environment.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners and gathering qualifying information.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining a natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Location: Houston, TX (In-Office)
  Job Type: Part-Time (Monday-Friday 430pm-8pm & every other Saturday 830am-4pm)
  Pay: $16/hr

• Previous call center, appointment-setting, or inside sales experience within roofing, remodeling, HVAC, solar, windows, siding, or other home services industries. Candidates must be comfortable speaking with homeowners, gathering qualifying information about the property and project, overcoming objections, and converting leads into scheduled appointments.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a home services, home remodeling, roofing, HVAC, solar, windows, siding, or similar appointment-setting call center environment
• Experience with outbound calling campaigns
• Experience with lead reactivation and follow-up campaigns
• Proven ability to overcome objections and convert leads into scheduled appointments
• Experience speaking directly with homeowners and gathering qualifying information regarding the property, project, and decision-making process
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Comfortable following scripts while maintaining a natural, conversational tone
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately document calls and customer information
• Ability to multitask between phone conversations, CRM systems, scheduling software, and internal communication platforms
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Proficient with computers, CRMs, and web-based software
• Ability to accept coaching, implement feedback, and continuously improve performance
