Kapella Roofing is looking for an energetic Roofing Canvasser / Field Lead Generator to cover Centennial, CO. No roofing experience is required—we can teach roofing, but drive is essential.

Earn $18–$20/hour with performance incentives and bonuses as you generate qualified roof inspections and connect homeowners with our team. You'll speak directly with homeowners, identify storm-damaged properties, schedule inspections, document details, and coordinate with the roofing sales team.

Recent hail storms across the Front Range have created a significant opportunity, and Kapella Roofing is expanding our field team immediately.

We're looking for energetic, competitive go-getters who are comfortable talking to homeowners, working neighborhoods and turning conversations into qualified roofing inspections.

No roofing experience is required. We can teach roofing. We can't teach drive.
