Qualifications

• Commercial roofing experience at all levels; 1 year preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen and physical.

Responsibilities

• Install various roofing systems (BUR, EPDM, single-ply, coatings) as directed.
• Operate hand and power tools safely per job requirements.
• Follow OSHA regulations and site safety practices.
• Work outdoors in varied weather conditions and meet physical demands of the task.
• Climb ladders and handle loads up to 50 lbs.
• Communicate effectively with foremen, supervisors, and coworkers.
