Best Choice Roofing is seeking motivated individuals to join as Door-to-Door Appointment Setters in Rocky Mount, NC. You will engage homeowners door-to-door, explain options for a free roof inspection and restoration services, and schedule inspections with our team.

No prior experience required, just a strong work ethic and friendly communication. We offer paid training, a base pay of $15 per hour plus incentives, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and a positive attitude.
• Ability to walk outdoors for extended periods.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience in canvassing, sales, or customer service is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Canvass designated neighborhoods and knock on doors to make contact with homeowners.
• Educate homeowners about free roof inspection options and restoration services.
• Schedule free inspections with our roofing team and coordinate follow-ups.
• Track leads and appointments using mobile tools and ensure timely follow-up.
