Qualifications

• Previous outbound calling, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work within a CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to previous customers and homeowner contact lists.
• Contact homeowners in storm-affected areas to offer complimentary roof inspections.
• Schedule appointments for roofing consultants and sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate call notes and appointment information in the company CRM.
• Follow approved call scripts while maintaining a natural and professional conversation.
• Conduct follow-up calls to confirm appointments and reduce cancellations.
• Meet daily and weekly call and appointment-setting goals.
• Represent the company professionally on every call.
