Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking experienced Commercial Roofers for a long-term project at the Grand Forks AFB, ND. The role focuses on flat roofing with EPDM and TPO installations, requiring knowledge of shingle/metal residential roofing or gutter work as applicable.

Wage is $37/hour with a $120/day per diem, plus potential for full-time employment. Applicants must have commercial roofing experience, pass background checks, and bring basic hand tools and PPE.

Commercial Roofers around Grand Forks, ND area

Trillium is seeking Commercial flat roof EPDM and TPO workers for a project at the Grand Forks AFB in ND.

Commercial and residential roofing experience preferred, specifically for flat roof, TPO and EPDM single ply installing exp is a must.Must have basic hand tools and PPE Schedule is Mon-Friday working 8-10 hours per day. This will be long term work with potential to get hired on full time with the company!

Must have experience with either shingle/ metal residential roofing, and gutter work, or commercial flat roof work.

Duties will include, Demo work, site cleanup, measuring and cutting materials, gluing materials with caulk guns, and screwing in insulation. Would also consider someone with rooftop HVAC experience, they tend to do a lot of roof repair when they replace rooftop AC units and would be familiar with installing flashing/ gutters.

Pay is $37/hour. Per diem is $120/day for all 7 days. Company will interview via phone call and candidates must pass background check to get on the military base.
